Nuolai International Medical Center is situated at the foot of Mount Tai, the foremost of the Five Mountains. Located in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, with convenient transportation access. It is a specialized international hospital established in 2016, dedicated to providing outstanding medical services for neurological diseases.

It primarily focuses on regenerative medicine research and clinical applications, providing screening, evaluation and treatment for cardiovascular diseases, digestive system tumors and cerebral palsy.
As of now, Nuolai Medical Center, in collaboration with the China Health Promotion Foundation and the Shandong Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, has successively launched the "Sharing Sunshine - Caring for Disabled Children" project and the "New Hope" national public welfare project for children with cerebral palsy. Nuolai have provided medical assistance to around 15,000 children with neurological disorders, successfully helped over 1,300 children suffering from cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental brain disorders. Projects were carried out in 12 provinces and cities including Xinjiang, Tibet, and Chongqing, and gained recognition from parents, local government, and society.

The registered capital is 200 million yuan, and it is a secondary company managed by Shandong Finance Investment Group. Shandong Finance Investment Group is a key financial enterprise and a functional state-owned capital investment and operation company, reorganized from the original Provincial Economic Development Investment Corporation with the approval of the provincial government. The group is directly authorized by the Provincial Department of Finance to fulfill the responsibilities of the state-owned financial capital contributor.
